Customers by Zip groups your customers by zip code so you can see where your buyers live and where to focus marketing.
Go to Reports > Customers > Customers by Zip Code.
Summary cards: number of zip codes, total customer count, total spend. A bar chart shows the top 10 zip codes by customer count. The detail table lists every zip with customer count and total spend, sorted highest to lowest.
Use this report to
- Pick a zip code for a targeted mailer or paid ad
- See whether customers cluster near the shop or come from a wider area
- Decide where to open a second location
- Compare two zip codes by average spend per customer
Pick a period from the preset dropdown (This Month / Last 30 Days / Last 90 Days / Last Year / Lifetime). Zip codes come from each customer's address record; missing addresses will not appear.
