No. The POS is a cloud application - it requires internet to load and to save anything.

If your shop loses connectivity, in-progress work in browser tabs may keep displaying for a short time, but you can't save invoices, take payments, or sync inventory.

Recommendations

  • Keep a backup hotspot (a phone with tethering) for short outages.
  • Have a paper hand-write fallback for taking customer info during a longer outage. Enter it into the POS once you're back online.
  • For permanent reliability, run your shop on a primary connection plus a secondary (e.g. cable plus 5G) with automatic failover at the router.
