Email is what 1sixty8 Manifold uses for invoices, dealer statements, review requests, mobile pairing codes, password resets, and other transactional messages. The platform sends through SendGrid; you don't manage SendGrid directly. Your shop's email channel is provisioned for you by 1sixty8 Manifold support.
Go to Settings > Email. The page has three cards.
Email (SendGrid)
The connection-status card. When your shop's email is connected, you see a green Connected badge along with your from-email and a "Send a test email to" form (type an address and click Send test to confirm deliverability and see what your customers will see in their inbox). When email is not yet connected, the card reads "Email is configured by the platform administrator. Contact support to set up your email channel." There is no self-service connect flow from this page today.
Sender Name (visible only when connected)
A text field that controls the "from name" shown to recipients on every transactional email. Leave it blank to fall back to the platform default; type your shop name (or whatever you want recipients to see) and click Save. The maximum length is 100 characters.
Monthly Email Usage
A progress bar showing emails sent this month against your plan limit, with percent used and the count of inbound emails received. The bar shades amber as you approach the limit and red when exceeded. Below the bar is a note pointing you to Settings > Messaging Channels for the Pause outbound messages vs Allow overage setting; both SMS and email share the same overage behavior choice, which is configured there.
