Support Access is how you let 1sixty8 Manifold's support team sign in to your store to help you. It is a deliberate, owner-controlled feature: support cannot access your tenant without you opening the door first, and even then, the access they get is read-only as a synthetic "1sixty8 Support" user. Every session is logged.
Go to Settings > Support Access.
Two ways to grant access
- One-time code (the default flow).
Click Generate access code. A code appears on screen with a Copy button. Share the code with 1sixty8 Support over the phone, in your support ticket, or however you are already in contact with them. The code is single-use, expires after a configurable window (the exact number of minutes is shown on the page when you generate the code), and grants read-only access only. If you close the page, the code is no longer visible; generate a new one. While an unused code is outstanding, a card at the top of the page reminds you and offers a Revoke now button.
- Standing access (open door for a few days).
The Standing access for 1sixty8 Support card has a toggle that flips support access from per-code to always-on. Use this when you want to give the team open access for a few days while they work on something, then flip it back off. While on, every sign-in still appears in the audit log below and still gives only read-only access. A confirmation dialog asks before you turn it on or off.
Recent support sessions
The table at the bottom of the page shows every code that has been generated with columns Generated / By / Code / Status / Used by / Session. Status values are Active, In session, Ended, Used, Revoked, or Expired. Click Revoke next to an outstanding code to invalidate it even before it expires.
The code lives in your database, not 1sixty8 Manifold's. Without you generating it (or turning standing access on), 1sixty8 Manifold's support team has no way to sign in to your store.
