Signing in to 1sixty8 Manifold takes three things: your store code, your username, and your password. The store code identifies your shop and is the same for everyone on your team. Your username and password are your own.

Before the Sign In button becomes active, the page runs a quick security check that confirms you are a person and not an automated script. Normally this finishes on its own in a second or two and you may never notice it. Until it does, Sign In stays greyed out. That is expected and it is not a sign that anything is wrong.

If the security check does not load

Occasionally the check fails to arrive, usually because your browser held on to a copy of it that did not start correctly. After roughly ten to fifteen seconds the page will tell you rather than leaving you guessing, with a box that reads "The security check could not load, so Sign In is still locked."

  1. Click "Reload and try again" inside that box. This is not the same as pressing your browser's own refresh button. A normal refresh can hand you back the same broken copy of the check, which is why refreshing over and over sometimes did not help. This button forces your browser to go and fetch a genuinely new one.
  2. If the box comes back, turn off any content blocker or ad blocker for this site and try again. Blockers sometimes prevent the security check from loading at all.
  3. If it still will not load, clear this site's website data in your browser settings and then reload the page.
  4. If none of that works, try a different browser, or your phone. If the problem follows you across devices, contact support, because that points at something on our end rather than yours.

The forgot-password page runs the same check and shows the same box if it fails to load, so the same steps apply there.

Coming back to a sign-in page you left open

If you sign in and then use the Back button to return to the sign-in page, or you return to a tab that sat open overnight, the security check from earlier is stale. The page notices this and quietly starts a fresh one. Give it a moment and Sign In will become active again.
