The search box at the top of every page is the fastest way to find anything in 1sixty8 Manifold. Press Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on a Mac) from any page to jump to it without clicking, or click the search field directly.

What it searches

  • Customers (name, phone, email)
  • Invoices, Estimates, Work Orders, Purchase Orders (by full number with prefix or by trailing digits)
  • Vehicles (year, make, model, license plate, or VIN)
  • Products (name, SKU, barcode, brand, invoice display name, or description), closest match first, so typing a SKU exactly puts that product at the top
  • Vendors
  • Appointments (by title or customer)
  • Tasks (by title or assignee)
  • Messages (recent inbox subjects and snippets)
  • Employees (by name)

Recognized invoice / order prefixes are INV, EST, WO, PO, and RO. Type the full identifier (e.g. INV-1234, WO-456) or just the trailing digits (1234) and the platform finds the right record. The dash is optional and the prefix is case-insensitive (so "wo456" works too).

Results group by type as you type. Click any result to open it directly. If your query matches more than the typeahead can show, click "See all results" at the bottom of the dropdown to open the full search page at /search, which lists every match across every category.

The platform also tracks Recent searches and Recent views so the things you have been working on lately surface near the top when you open the search overlay before typing.
