The 1sixty8 Manifold signup wizard is a 5-step flow new shops use to create their account. This article walks through what happens at each step so you know what to expect and what to have on hand.

Start at manifold.1sixty8.com/signup. During the beta period, signup is invite-only. You will be asked for the invite code emailed to you. Already started? Click "Resume where you left off" and re-enter just your email address.

Step 1: Tell us about you. First and last name, business email, phone, company legal name, and DBA / store name if different. Pick your role from the dropdown. A short certification statement appears (for example, "I have authority to bind the company"). Check the confirmation box to continue. Changing the role refreshes the cert text.

Step 2: About your shop. Pick a short store code (5 to 10 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens). You type it at sign-in on manifold.1sixty8.com; there is no separate web address for your shop. Multi-select the categories your shop offers ("Other" lets you type one in). Enter store address and phone. Set the number of stores and an estimated staff count. If you entered more than one store, fields expand below to give each store a short nickname. An optional "how you heard about us" field is at the bottom.

Step 3: Billing details. Where to bill your card and where to send invoices. Two toggles default to "same as store"; uncheck either to enter a different billing address or invoice email (for example, accounting@yourshop.com).

Step 4: Build your plan. The module catalog appears as cards with monthly prices. Click a card to add or remove that module; the running total updates. Beta participants see all modules pre-selected at no charge (you can still toggle them off to scope what to try first). Modules can be added or removed any time after signup.

Step 5: Review and confirm. Summary of everything entered, with the Step 1 cert repeated at the top and an "Edit on Step 1" link. Check the agreement boxes:

  • Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (required)
  • Privacy Policy (required)
  • SMS messages about your account (optional)
  • Occasional product updates by email (optional)

The submit button reads "Set up my beta tenant" during beta (no card required), or "Continue to payment" for regular signup (sent to secure checkout to enter your card).

Worth knowing

  • The wizard auto-saves to your browser. Close the tab and come back, your inputs should still be there.
  • If checkout is briefly unreachable, your details are saved and you receive an email with a link to resume payment.
  • You can leave at any step and finish later at manifold.1sixty8.com/signup/resume.
