Current Inventory is a snapshot of every active product with quantity on hand and value at cost and retail.

Go to Reports > Inventory > Current Inventory.

Summary cards: Total SKUs, Total Units, Cost Value, Retail Value. The detail table has product, SKU, category, brand, qty, cost, retail, cost value, and retail value.

Use this for

  • Annual inventory valuation for taxes or insurance
  • A quick "how much do I have?" answer
  • Cross-checking against a physical count

Click a product to jump to its full record. The Cost Value column is what you have tied up in stock; Retail Value is what it would generate if you sold it all at full price.

For inventory broken out by category, use Inventory Valuation. For items below their threshold, use Low Stock. For items that haven't moved, use Dead Stock.
