Dead Stock surfaces products that haven't sold in a long time - capital sitting on your shelves doing nothing.
Go to Reports > Inventory > Dead Stock.
Pick a "no sales in" window: 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days. The report lists every product matching that window with on-hand quantity, cost each, total value tied up, and last sold date.
Summary cards show count of dead-stock items and total capital tied up.
Use this report to
- Pick products to mark down or clear out
- Decide what to stop reordering
- Free up shelf space for faster movers
- Get a real number on how much money is stuck in slow inventory
Click a product to open it - from there you can drop the price, mark it inactive, or build it into a package with faster movers.
