Low Stock shows every product whose on-hand quantity is at or below the threshold you set on the product record.
Go to Reports > Inventory > Low Stock.
The summary card shows count of items below threshold. Each row has product, SKU, category, vendor, on-hand quantity, threshold, and deficit (how many you'd need to order to hit the threshold).
Use this report
- Daily or weekly to drive purchasing
- Before generating a new PO so nothing slips through
- To audit whether thresholds are set sensibly (too high means lots of false alarms)
Set or change a product's threshold from Inventory > Products > [Product] > Stock Threshold. From the report, click into a product to adjust, or jump straight to creating a PO.
