The Sales Reminder Results report shows whether your sales reminders are paying off: how often each one was shown on a sale, how often its suggested item ended up on the invoice, and the revenue those added items brought in. (For setting reminders up, see Sales Reminders: A Nudge at the Point of Sale.)
Who can see it: owners, store managers, and the other manager roles that have the Operational reports permission, the same as the other salesperson reports.
How to run it
- Go to Reports and open Sales Reminder Results under the Salesperson group.
- Pick a date range.
- Optionally narrow it with Employee (one or more salespeople) and Types (Retail, Repair, Dealer).
What counts
- Only posted invoices count, dated by the day they posted. Open invoices and estimates never count.
- A reminder shown on an estimate counts when that estimate becomes an invoice and the invoice posts. It counts once, on the invoice.
- A reminder counts once per invoice, however many times it appeared while the invoice was being written.
- Added means the suggested product is on the posted invoice, whether the salesperson clicked Add or added it by hand. A suggested item that was added and then removed before posting does not count.
- Warranty invoices never show reminders, so they are never in the report.
The summary cards
- Reminders Shown: how many times a reminder appeared on a posted sale.
- Suggested Items Added: how many of those ended with the suggested item on the invoice.
- Attach Rate: added divided by shown, counting only reminders that suggest a product.
- Revenue From Added Items: the line totals of the added suggested items.
By Reminder
One row per reminder: where it is set (a category or a product), the message, the suggested item, Shown, Added, Attach Rate, and Revenue. A reminder with a message but no suggested product shows a dash for Added and Attach Rate. Use this table to see which reminders work and which ones staff pass over. If two reminders suggest the same item on one invoice, both rows count it, so this table can add up to more than the Revenue card.
By Salesperson
The same numbers for each salesperson, which makes it a coaching view. When an invoice credits two salespeople, both are credited with the reminder and the added item, and the revenue is divided by the commission split on the invoice. On split sales the counts in this table can add up to more than the cards.
Good to know
- Reminders were first recorded on September 11, 2026, when the feature arrived, so earlier dates show nothing.
- Export CSV exports the By Reminder table with the full messages. Print produces a portrait PDF of the whole report.
- Add it to your End of Day package or favorite it like any other report.
