The Send Review Requests page is where you ask customers for a review at the moment that makes sense to you: after a satisfied conversation, the day after pickup, anywhere along the relationship.

Go to Reputation > Send Requests.

Before sends will work, your shop's review URLs must be configured at Reviews Settings. If neither Google nor Facebook URL is set, a red warning banner appears at the top of the page; customers receiving a request with no URLs configured will land on a page with no review buttons.

The candidate list shows up to 200 of your most recent active customers who have a phone number or email on file, ordered by their most recent invoice. The list is not filtered to recently-completed work orders, and it is not filtered to people who have never been asked. Those are display facts in the Last Invoice and Last Asked columns so you can decide row by row.

Columns: Checkbox / Customer / Contact (phone and email) / Last Invoice / Last Asked / per-row Send button.

Above the table

  • Channel: Auto (SMS preferred) / SMS only / Email only / Both. Auto sends SMS when a phone is on file and falls back to email otherwise.
  • Search box narrows the visible candidates by name, phone, or email.
  • Ignore cooldown checkbox. Default is to enforce the 30-day per-customer cooldown configured under Reviews Settings; check this to override.
  • Send to Selected button shows the current selection count.

To send to one customer, click the per-row Send button. To send to several, tick the rows you want (or use the header Select all) and click Send to Selected. The result panel reports Sent / Skipped (cooldown) / Failed counts when the batch finishes.

The Recent Requests table at the bottom of the page lists every request sent with Customer, Channel, Sent timestamp, and Status. Status values: pending, sent, clicked (the customer opened the link), completed (the customer sent you private feedback through the link), or failed. Note that completed does not mean a public review was left. When a customer clicks through to Google or Facebook and posts a review there, the platform has no way to tie that review back to the request, so the request stays at clicked.

For aggregate metrics across requests, see the Review Request Tracking and Review Requests by Staff reports.
