Review Requests by Staff shows you which employees are actually asking for reviews and which of their asks come back as private feedback. Use it to reward the team members building your reputation and to coach the ones who are not asking.

Go to Reports > Messaging & Reviews > Review Requests by Staff.

The table has one row per employee with four columns: Staff Member, Requests Sent, Reviews Received, and Conversion Rate. Conversion rate is color-coded: green at 20% or better, default in the 10-19% range, red below 10%.

Rows are sorted by Requests Sent descending so the most active staff are at the top.

Reviews Received counts customers who sent private feedback through the review page, not public reviews on Google or Facebook. A public review cannot be traced back to the request that prompted it, so treat Requests Sent as the number to coach on and Conversion Rate as a secondary signal.

Pick a date range from the preset list (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 30, Last 90, This Year) or Custom.

Use this report to

  • Reward staff who consistently ask for reviews (a coffee, a shout-out, a small bonus)
  • Identify staff who never send requests and coach them on the ask
  • Compare conversion rates - some staff get more reviews per ask because they ask better customers at better moments
  • Spot the staff members who quietly drive a big chunk of your review volume

For sales contests, pair this with Salesperson Rankings - the rep who closes the most deals is not always the rep who collects the most reviews, and both matter.
