Review Summary aggregates every review you've received with average rating, positive vs negative split, and per-platform breakdown.

Go to Reports > Messaging & Reviews > Review Summary.

Summary cards: Total Reviews, Average Rating, Positive (4-5 stars), Negative (1-2 stars). The Reviews by Platform table shows count and average rating per platform. The schema supports three platform values: Google, Facebook, and Other.

Use this report to

  • Track reputation over time
  • Compare platforms. If Google is 4.8 but Facebook is 4.2, something is diverging
  • See whether review-request automations are increasing volume
  • Build talking points for marketing or staff training

For request-funnel detail (how many sent, clicked, completed), use Review Request Tracking. For per-staff conversion, use Review Requests by Staff.
