Go to Reputation > All Reviews.
You can filter by
- Platform (Google, Facebook)
- Star rating (minimum and maximum)
- Unreplied reviews only (no public reply posted yet)
- Unhandled reviews only (not yet marked done internally)
Click a review to see the full text. You can
- Write a reply (syncs to Google if connected)
- Mark as handled
- Add internal notes
To connect Google reviews: open Settings and click the Reputation card. From there you can connect your Google Business Profile.
Google review syncing is not switched on yet. Google has to approve us for their Business Profile API before any shop's reviews can be pulled in, and that approval is still pending on their side. You can connect your Google Business Profile now so it is ready to go, but reviews will not appear in this list, and replies written here will not post to Google, until the approval comes through. We will let you know when it does.
