The Reviews Widget on your website is built to display reviews from Google and Facebook. Neither source is being pulled in yet. Google review syncing is waiting on Google to approve us for their Business Profile API, and Facebook ingestion comes after that. The widget settings described below cover both platforms so your configuration carries over once Facebook ingestion ships.

To control which sources show on the embedded widget

Open Reputation > Widget. Under "Platforms to include" you have a checkbox for each supported platform. Check the ones you want to surface, leave the others unchecked. The widget rebuilds its review pool from the platforms you select. If you check none, no reviews appear.

How the brand marks render

Each review card carries an inline SVG of the platform's brand mark in the official colors. Google reviews use the multi-color Google G; Facebook reviews use the blue Facebook f. The marks are baked into the widget script (no external image dependencies), so they cannot break if the platforms change their hosting. A review card can also link back to the original review on the platform if the source URL is available; clicking the platform logo opens that review in a new tab.

If you only ever want to show reviews from one source, just uncheck the other. The widget settings save immediately, but the embedded widget on your website can take up to about ten minutes to pick up the change. The platform caches each shop's widget content so it loads fast for your visitors, and your own browser may hold its copy a little longer. If you are checking your site right after saving, give it ten minutes and then force-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) before assuming the setting did not take.
