Revenue by Technician shows how much labor revenue each tech generated - useful for commission, performance reviews, and bonus calculations.

Go to Reports > Installer / Labor > Revenue by Technician.

Pick a payroll period (Last Week, Previous 2 Weeks, Previous Month, or Custom). The summary shows technician count and total labor revenue.

The detail table lists each tech with job count, labor revenue, total revenue (labor plus product on those work orders), average labor per job, and percent of shop total.

Use this report when

  • Calculating tech pay if you pay on labor revenue
  • Identifying which techs are most productive
  • Deciding how to load-balance jobs across the team
  • Spotting techs with high job count but low revenue, who may need help on quoting
