The Scheduling calendar shows everything by default. If your shop runs both installations and consultations, you can narrow the view to one or the other in two ways.

The first is the tab strip at the top of the calendar. Three buttons (All, Installations, Consultations) let you flip between views without leaving the page. Picking Installations redraws the calendar with only your Bay resources as columns. Consultations shows only Salesperson resources. All shows everything together. Switching tabs keeps the day you are looking at, so you can check a Friday's installations and its consultations without paging out to Friday twice.

The second is the sidebar. The Installation Calendar link under Service and the Consultation Calendar link under Customer Management both deep-link into the right tab. The URL carries a ?type=installation or ?type=consultation filter so you can bookmark it or share it with a teammate. The address also carries the day and the view you are on, so a link you copy out of the address bar opens on that same day for whoever you send it to.

Behind the scenes, the resource type stamped on each schedulable resource (Bay or Salesperson) is what drives the filtering. If you create a new resource of one type, it appears in that calendar automatically.

The Installations and Consultations tabs only show up when both the Service and Customer Management modules are enabled. If you have only one module on, the tabs are hidden and the calendar just shows that one type of resource without the chooser.
