Team Hub is the internal coordination system for your staff (chat plus shared tasks). Its settings live on one page that only the shop owner can change.
To reach it, go to Settings, scroll to the Team Hub section, and click the "Team Hub" card. The page is hidden from non-owners.
DM Audit
- When DM audit is on, the shop owner (and only the shop owner) can read direct messages between any two staff members.
- This is a compliance and HR feature. Use it when you need to investigate something, then turn it back off.
- A persistent banner appears in the chat panel for everyone while audit mode is on, so staff know their DMs are readable. This keeps privacy expectations transparent.
To enable, check "Enable DM audit mode" and click Save. To turn it off, uncheck and Save again. The banner disappears the next time staff load the chat.
The shop channel is open to all staff by default (every team member is a member) and is not subject to DM audit. DM audit only affects one-to-one direct messages.
