Keep a vendor's programs, dealer agreements, price-protection letters and other paperwork on the vendor's page, so they are there when you need them.

Who can use it

Owners, store managers and office managers can see and manage vendor files. Anyone else can be given access in Managers > Permissions: open their sheet and turn on "View & manage vendor files (programs, agreements)" under Inventory. Without it, the Files section does not appear on the vendor page.

Adding a file

Go to Point of Sale > Inventory > Vendors / Suppliers and click the vendor. In the Files section, click "Choose files", pick one or more files, add a note if you like (for example "2026 program"), and click Upload. Each file shows its size, the date it was added and who added it.

Opening and deleting

Click a file's name to open it. PDFs and pictures open in the browser; other files download. Click Delete beside a file to remove it.

How much you can store

If your shop has Dropbox or Google Drive connected in Settings > Backups, vendor files are saved there, in a Vendor Files folder with one folder per vendor, up to 100 MB per file. Deleting a file here deletes it there too.

Without a connection, files are kept on 1sixty8 Manifold, up to 25 MB per vendor. If a vendor is full, delete an old program or connect Dropbox or Google Drive. Files you already added move to your storage automatically once you connect it.
