As of October 31, 2026, 1sixty8 Manifold lives at platform.manifoldos.co. The old address, manifold.1sixty8.com, still works, but it sends you to the new one.

What you see on the old address

  • Opening the old address, the sign-in page or a bookmark shows a "We've moved" page with the new address. Click Continue to the new address, or wait 30 seconds and it takes you to the same page on the new address on its own.
  • Links your customers already have (payment links, invoice and estimate links, review requests) go straight to the same page on the new address. You do not need to resend anything.
  • The chat widget, contact form and reviews widget on your website keep working with no change.
  • Emails your store sends from 1sixty8 Manifold now come from the same name on platform.manifoldos.co instead of manifold.1sixty8.com (unless you use branded email on your own domain). Replies to older emails still arrive.

What to do once

  1. Sign in at platform.manifoldos.co with the same store code, username and password. Your data and settings are all there.
  2. Update your browser bookmark. If your browser saved your password for the old address, it may not fill it in on the new one.
  3. On each phone, open platform.manifoldos.co/m/install and add the app to your home screen again, then delete the old icon. The old icon keeps opening the old address.
  4. Pair each phone again. A phone paired on the old address is not recognized on the new one, so sign in with your store code, username and password and enter the code that is emailed to you.
  5. If you use passkey unlock (Face ID, Touch ID or a password manager), set it up again from Account on the phone. A passkey only works on the address where it was created.

Your old phone pairings still show under Account > Trusted Devices on the desktop. Once a phone is paired on the new address, you can revoke its old entry there.
