If your company runs more than one store in 1sixty8 Manifold, staff can look at another store's installation schedule, read-only, to find an opening or see which techs are on which jobs.
Opening another store's calendar
On the Installation Calendar (Scheduling), use the store menu in the toolbar. It starts on This store; pick another store. A banner reads "Viewing (store), read-only", with that store's phone number. Day, Week and Month all work, and the arrows move through the days as usual. Click "Back to this store" in the banner, or pick This store, to return.
What you see
Each installation shows its time, bay, work order number, job description, vehicle and the techs on it. A dealer job shows the dealer's name. A retail customer's name, phone and email are never shown, and you can't open, move or book anything there. To book at that store, call it.
If that store keeps tech schedules, its "techs working" line shows too.
Finding an opening across stores
Find a time has a Where menu: This store, any one of your stores, or All stores. Another store's openings show its phone number to call. All stores checks each store in turn, so it takes a few seconds; a store that does not answer in time is listed as unavailable rather than left out.
Who can see it
The "View other stores' schedules" permission controls it, and every role has it to start. Turn it off for anyone from their permission sheet (Managers > Permissions). Owners always have it.
Worth knowing: the job description shows at the other stores, so keep customer names out of it.
