Owners and anyone with the "Manage time clock and tech schedules" permission (store managers by default) review and fix time on the manager's page: Team Hub > Time Clock. Buttons at the top go to the Hours Worked report, Stations and (for the owner) Settings.

Clocked in now

Who is on the clock, since when, and who is on a break.

Needs review

Everything that needs a person to look at it

  • Missed clock-outs. These count zero hours until you enter the time the person left and a reason, then click Save.
  • Correction requests from employees. Click Approve or Deny.
  • Flagged punches, such as a phone punch away from the shop, an offline punch from a device whose clock was off by more than five minutes, or an offline punch that couldn't be applied. Click "Mark reviewed" once you've looked, or open the timesheet to fix it.

Hours for the pay period

Everyone's regular, estimated overtime and total hours for the pay period, with a menu to look at earlier periods. Click Timesheet at the end of a row to open that person's timesheet.

Fixing a timesheet

The timesheet lists every shift and break with any flags. Change a clock-in or clock-out time, add or change a break, or use "Add a shift nobody punched". Every change needs a reason. The original punch is never lost: the timesheet shows what was punched, what it was changed to, who changed it and why. Nobody can change their own time except the owner, and a shift can't overlap another shift or run longer than 24 hours.

Scheduled vs. actual

When your shop keeps tech schedules, the timesheet also has a "Scheduled vs. actual" card: for each day, the hours the person was scheduled, the hours they worked and the difference, with totals for the pay period through today.

Locking a pay period

Once a pay period has ended and its timesheets are right, click "Lock pay period". A locked period can't be changed, so the hours you sent to payroll stay put. If you have to change something after all, click "Reopen pay period" and give a reason; the reopening is recorded.

Records are never deleted. Use the Hours Worked report (Reports > Time Clock) for the totals you send to payroll.
