1sixty8 Manifold runs your whole shop in one place: customers, sales, inventory, service, messaging, reviews, your team and your numbers. This article is a quick tour of where everything lives.
The Dashboard When you sign in you land on the Dashboard. Depending on your role and the modules your shop uses, it shows:
- Today's Sales, Open Work Orders, Vehicles in Shop and Low Stock Alerts
- Needs Your Attention: items waiting on you
- Today's Schedule
- Recent Invoices and Stock Alerts
- Birthdays & Anniversaries, with one-click texts to customers
- Your open and delegated tasks
- A setup checklist while your store is still being set up
Click Customize on the Dashboard to choose your widgets, change their order and set their widths. Owners can set a standard dashboard for each role in Settings > Dashboard. You can get back to the Dashboard any time from the top of the sidebar.
The top bar
- Search (Ctrl+K, or Command+K on a Mac) finds customers, invoices, vehicles and products from anywhere.
- The bell shows your notifications.
- Ask Manifold is the built-in assistant. Ask it how to do something or ask about your shop's data.
- Your name menu holds My Profile, Notifications, My Hours, Change Password, Switch User, What's New and Sign Out.
The sidebar Just under the Dashboard link is a Quick Add menu: New Invoice, New Customer, New Appointment and Add Product. Below that, each area of the platform has its own section:
- Customer Management: all customers, leads, the sales pipeline, customer groups and tags, and consultations.
- Point of Sale: invoices, estimates, warranty and repair invoices, payments, accounts receivable, the full inventory catalog (products, categories, tags, stock levels, vendors, packages, vendor price sheets, purchase and return orders, vendor receivables, defective inventory, physical count, serial number lookup), sales and promotions, gift cards, and Inventory Review.
- Service: vehicles (and boats, for marine shops), VIN lookup, work orders, the Job Board, bays, and the installation calendar.
- Communications: one inbox for text messages, email, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
- Reputation: reviews, private feedback, review requests and the reviews widget for your website.
- Team Hub: tasks and team chat, plus the Time Clock once it is turned on.
- Wholesale: dealer accounts, dealer invoices and statements, kept separate from retail.
- Accounting: the Daily Journal and vendor bills, once accounting is connected.
- Reports: every report in the platform, grouped by type.
At the bottom of the sidebar, owners and store managers also see Managers (announcements and permissions), Employees (employee list and activity log) and Settings. Settings is where you set up your company profile, branding, invoicing, payments, email, security, integrations and how each module behaves.
What you see depends on two things: which modules your shop has turned on, and what your role is allowed to do. If you can't find something another employee can see, ask your owner or manager.
